I created a modified version of Google's Noto Color Emoji that replaces the Windows' default Emoji font, Segoe UI Emoji, upon installation.

The font is Segoe UI Emoji, it should already be installed if you're running Windows 11.

Try this Emoji picker web page. On Windows 11, it shows all the latest emojis, so, hopefully, it will do the same on Windows 10 with the updated fonts.
